Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious, and the service was top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and although the dining options were not in the hotel itself, there were plenty of nearby choices. I enjoyed the facilities, especially the comfy bed and the thoughtful room decorations.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had an excellent bathroom. The location was brilliant, and I would definitely stay here again. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was excellent, and there are plenty of good eating places nearby. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel is in a great location for the town center and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were lovely and very helpful, but at times a bit cold. The two single beds were not up to the quality of the Executive Suite I had booked at Castle Street. It can get ridiculously hot in the summer with no opening window or air conditioning.
The hotel was centrally located, offering easy access to major attractions and dining spots. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a large comfy bed and lovely linens. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating staff that went out of their way to assist and make the stay comfortable. The location was superb, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, making it convenient for exploration. The on-site dining experience, although limited, provided delicious options. Overall, a great value for a stay in the heart of Liverpool.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a fantastic view and comfortable bedding, but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear that indicated the need for refurbishment. The warm night was made bearable with the help of two large fans provided. The service was exceptional, with staff being extremely helpful, apologetic, and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Liverpool, right in the midst of the bustling city center and close to many attractions. However, the dining experience was limited, with no flexibility offered for late checkout. Despite the ups and downs, the value for money was reasonable.
